DELIVERY & PICKUP
STORE PICKUP
Store pickup is available only for the residents of Hyderabad. Orders can be picked up on Wednesday-Saturday, from 12 pm-6 pm.

All orders can be tracked, while in transit.

We will send you a separate email and a WhatsApp text with the tracking number and shipping information once the product is shipped from our end.
DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship only within India.

We don’t ship outside India for now due to the pandemic.

We cover major places across India through the available delivery partners.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

Saturdays, Sundays, Government Holidays, and unforeseen holidays are NOT included as business days. There can be a delay in the delivery due to calamities, government orders, or any other unavoidable situation from the delivery end, in such cases, Blueberry would not be liable for any delays in the delivery of such orders.
RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION
We don’t encourage the RETURN, EXCHANGE, and CANCELLATION of any items once sold.
Because Blueberry is the place for handmade customized gifts and arts. Each item is unique and customized. Every item is authentic and original.

Damage due to shipping will be addressed.

In that case, communicate to the team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Share the picture of the damaged item with details of the damage via e-Mail.

We don’t encourage complaints through any other medium.

Complaints received after 24 hours will not be considered.

PAYMENT & REFUND
PAYMENT
We follow two payment methods for your convenience.
ONLINE: We accept all kinds of cards during checkout.
OFFLINE: Check the details in the manual payment section for Paytm, Google Pay, Phone pay and any other UPI transfers and bank transfer.
PICKUP PAYMENT: In case of pickup from the store, you can pay at the store. (Subject to the nature of the product)
Payment for Customized / personalized gifts.
Payment is mandatory during the placement of orders for customized/personalized gifts. Crafting will be initiated only after the reception of the payment. Once you complete your payment, an invoice will be sent through e-Mail and WhatsApp.
Blueberry offers you the freedom to come up with a specific budget and we’ll provide you the best gifting solution/recommendation that fits your budget.
Our Customization gifts range starts from INR 250*.

REFUND
Blueberry is creating products for your demands and taste. Once an order is placed, we don’t refund the money under any circumstances.

HOW WILL MY ART BE PACKAGED?

Posters, photographs, and art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in Kraft cylinders.

For canvas prints, we provide the mount along with the prints that complement the artwork.

Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.
